Carconoma of the fallopian tube accounts for less than 1% of all cancers of the female genital tract. A 62 years old woman presented with a pelvic mass. Pathologic examination of the resected specimen revealed a primary adenocarcinoma of the
right
fallopian tube. We have experienced this case and reported with brief review of literature.
